Total russian military losses on September 20, 2026: 1,660 personnel, 1,728 UAVs, and 75 artillery systems.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 21.09.26 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

  • approximately 1 519 650 (+1 660) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

  • tanks ‒ 12 361 (+5);
  • armored fighting vehicles ‒ 25 365 (+4);
  • special equipment ‒ 4 729 (+13);
  • vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 151 861 (+516);
  • unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 2 712 (+17).

Artillery and air defense assets:

  • artillery systems ‒ 50 142 (+75);
  • MLRS ‒ 2 149 (+3);
  • air defense assets ‒ 1 662 (+3).

Air targets:

  • aircraft ‒ 442;
  • helicopters ‒ 356;
  • UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 527 693 (+1 728);
  • cruise missiles ‒ 5 111.

Naval assets:

  • warships and boats ‒ 35;
  • submarines ‒ 2.
